2 Tablespoons cocoa (I use have regular and half Special Dark)
⅛ teaspoon baking powder
dash of salt
2 Tablespoons melted butter or vegetable oil
2 Tablespoons water (I use a dash of vanilla then the rest is water)
Instructions
Using a wide soup type mug or a flat bottom bowl, mix dry ingredients together with a fork or small whisk, until mixture appears blended without any lumps of cocoa or baking powder.
Add butter/oil and water/vanilla. Mix well and smooth evenly. Microwave on high for approximately 60 seconds.
NOTE: Cook times vary according to individual microwaves. This is supposed to take approximately 60 seconds. Mine takes 90 seconds. It should still look slightly wet on top, but kind of bubbly. Touch it and see if it is done underneath. If not, put it back in for 10 second intervals until done.
