Whip the Nutella and the mascarpone cheese together. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
Stir about ½ of the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture. Carefully fold the other half of the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture, keeping it fluffy. Divide into 2 serving bowls. Top with whipped cream, chopped hazelnuts, shaved chocolate, whatever you like.
